I ordered from Pizza Mia with three friends and we only got our pizzas after 2 hours. Sure it was a public holiday but an hour too late, I find it hard. After we called there again where she is staying. My friends' pizzas were well filled but not even cut. But what I found very disappointing were the pizza rolls. I ordered it with cheese and there was no cheese on it. In addition, it wasn't even rolls, just a smelly normal pizza only smaller with nothing topped. It just tasted really bad, even if the garlic dip wasn't bad. But not even a good dip can save that. Conclusion rather not again.

Best pizza far and wide .. tastes fresh and the service is great too. Medium wave always there when I'm in Kaltenkirchen. A must for every pizza lover. !

Very good pizzas. Often ordered. It has taken longer to wait on stressful days, but this has not yet affected the quality. Ordered pizza rolls for the first time yesterday and unfortunately I cannot recommend them. Unfortunately, they weren't completely cooked inside and I couldn't take them.

Best pizza in all of Kaltenkirchen that is a fact! Have now ordered 3 times from you. The first time it was a steak, which was absolutely on point and the side dishes were great too. The driver the first time was super motivated and you could tell that he enjoys his job. You rarely have that now. The second time I order it, it was a pizza that is really better than going on at Milano and I have ordered very often from Milano. Here, too, the delivery driver was super motivated, a smile on his face, super friendly. Ordered the same pizza the third time, it was there extremely quickly. Here, too, the delivery driver with a smile, individual greeting, I can absolutely recommend this supplier / restaurant. Keep up the good work, this is called customer support at its finest, some of you can cut yourself off.

Ordered there for the first time today. We were absolutely thrilled. I have never received such a delicious pizza from a delivery service. The fries were crispy and not wobbly. However, the delivery time was very long. Specified time 35 minutes, after about an hour the goods came, but hot. Will order again.

By far the best delivery service in the area. The food tastes fantastic.

Food came after 2 hours, was almost cold, wrong salad was delivered and the supposedly homemade fries were finished products. for 3.50 that's really cheeky especially since the portion was not very big. The lasagna was really gross, tasted like finished product. The garlic dip was delicious

The pizza is (usually) extremely good and the other dishes are also recommended, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. Ordered pizza, delivery time about 40 minutes, after more than an hour I asked what I was told "the pizza was on the way", then came after another 20 minutes (maximum 5 minutes). Then I called again to express my dissatisfaction and the fact that the pizza was almost cold ... As a regular customer I started with "You have the best pizza far and wide, but the service left a lot to be desired at the moment (unfortunately before that as well) "... the answer was" we know that our pizza is good, it can be that we have a lot to do and we take note of it ". No excuse, no offer to make amends (and that as a regular customer). Sorry, but if you think that it is enough to deliver a great pizza, but you are so arrogant to neglect the service and customer care, at least that's not enough for me. The consequence for me is that I will never order there again. I'd rather order a pizza somewhere else that doesn't taste as good as Mia's, but where the service is right and the company doesn't seem so indifferent when something goes wrong. Smooth 6. Pity!

Very tasty pizza and excellent pasta dishes. There is something for every taste - whether fish, meat or vegetarian. Very friendly and accommodating.

Food tastes fantastic - highly recommended. Beware of the self-pick-up discount: not everything counts ("kids menu, drinks, ice cream and some dishes are excluded from the pick-up discount")

Ordered Piza online and despite an email confirmation the order was not processed, waited over an hour. I will no longer order here.

I give 0 points. It doesn't open until 4:00 p.m. It is very late. The tomatoes were very big. There was too much onion in the pizza. It is not fried well. There was no salt in the pizza. The first time I ordered in the shop, it didn't taste good!

Pre-ordered pizza for lunch the next day. Confirmation also came. Then today we waited for the pizza with a growling stomach, which unfortunately didn't come. After I wanted to call, I found that the pizza service doesn't open until 4 p.m. !!!! Question: Why can I enter a time online when the shop is closed? If I am not advised of this during the order process, I assume that a pizza service is open for lunch! After a phone call at 4 p.m., no apologies were even made for it! The bottom line was that we had to order from another service and wait 45 minutes. Really annoying and service really bad !!!!!

We took our first order from lunch during the week. Food came as requested at 1pm sharp. Had pizzas and lasagna. The pizzas were super topped and very tasty, as was the lasagna. If the quality is maintained, we will definitely opt for Pizza Mia more often. Keep it up. Ordered pizza, pasta and salad yesterday. We were all satisfied, very tasty and sufficient. Were amazed. There was only one small thing to complain about, the dip was missing. But it does not hurt the taste.

The decor is very modern and clean. The pizza is ready in about 20 minutes. The prices are relatively high, for a large pizza we have paid well 15 euros. She was also delicious! Thus a star deduction for the price, otherwise everything was wonderful and recommendable.
